CASUAL PLAYWORKERS AND YOUTH WORKERS

Broxbourne is an attractive district on the northern fringe of London with excellent access to all parts of the country. The M25 lies on the Borough’s southern boundary and Stanstead Airport is a short drive away. The area has a mix of urban development and beautiful green belt countryside with a population of c.89, 000. It is a clean, tidy borough which has a low crime rate and low council tax.

The Community Development team are expanding the range of services and activities provided for children and young people.

Applicants, preferably with experience of working with children or young people, should be willing to work on any of the following: children’s activities, youth projects, arts initiatives, sports park events, town centre initiatives and/or other community initiatives. Activities take place during evenings, weekends and school holidays as projects develop.

All roles require a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure.
