Casual Seasonal Lifeguards – Hood Park Leisure Centre
£7.34 per hour

Hood Park outdoor swimming pool opens its doors from Saturday 29 May 2010. We are looking for qualified lifeguards on a casual basis and responsibilities include the supervision of pools, ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care, safety and cleanliness, whilst creating a fun and enjoyable environment.

Hours of work will be on an as and when basis, including mornings, evenings and weekends. You will be an effective member of a team with the capability to work on your own initiative and, ideally, lead by example and motivate your colleagues.

With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to handle situations in a tactful and diplomatic manner. You must have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and previous experience would be an advantage.

Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check required.

Interviews are scheduled to take place on: 6 and 7 April 2010
