Centre Administrator

Role Description:
Molesey Adult Learning Centre is situated in Ray Road, in a residential area of West Molesey. Our Centre runs a wide variety of courses from cookery, exercise, and art to furniture restoration and watch & clock repair.

We are looking for a Centre Administrator to work closely with our Centre Manager as part of a small team.

You will not only be dealing with the public both face to face and on the phone but you will also undertake a wide variety of administrative duties.

These will include ordering of equipment and supplies, daily banking and some basic payroll duties. You will need to have a good basic level of IT skills. Training will be provided but experience of Word and Excel would be an advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious person with a high commitment to customer care, who can work under pressure, be methodical and thorough in their approach to work and able to work without close supervision.

You will also need to be flexible in meeting the changing and varied demands of the job.

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure check will be required for this role.
