Children's Centre Outreach Worker

Edmonton Children’s Centre is based in the heart of the Edmonton community and acts as a service hub for families and children from pre birth to five years old. Due to a recent restructure we are looking to develop our dedicated team to provide local families with access to all manner of advice, guidance and early education, with a primary focus on strengthening and supporting families.

• Do you have the knowledge to recognise and understand who the community is and who they can be? * Do you have the skills to help them achieve it?

We are looking to recruit a team that is enthusiastic, flexible and motivated. To work within the children’s centre delivering community services we require: * Has experience of working with families and will offer services to meet their needs * Will encourage the take up of children’s centre services by families in Enfield who may find it harder to access our services * Has a relevant qualification (Minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent in childcare or health or social care) and is willing to work flexibly
