Acting as a key member of the National Children’s Rights team, the successful candidate will support the new Cafcass Young Peer Mentor Service development, which is a service for children and young people going through family breakdown. The successful candidate would also provide effective administration support to the young peer mentors and Peer Mentor Support Worker, as well as support the development of new Peer Mentor Service portal, which will sit in the new MyCafcass Portal on the Cafcass website.

Ideally suited to an administrator who has excellent interpersonal skills, especially with young people. The successful candidate would help to promote and market this new service development by organising meetings/forums/briefing sessions and developing publicity material. They would provide comprehensive administrative support to the Peer Mentoring Service, problem solving on a day-to-day basis, maintaining internal records as required, including inputting into databases and systems and other general office duties.
