Harrow Association of Voluntary Service.

This exciting new position, funded by Harrow Council Children’s Services, will work closely with the seven local extended school clusters in Harrow. It will involve using existing analysis from Harrow Council and other statutory partners plus the voluntary sector, to identify areas where there are gaps and working with a variety of partners to provide services to fill the identified gaps.

This will be a pilot project and will also examine the value for money of existing services provided at the local level.

You will also work closely with the Overview and Scrutiny Committee which will be looking at local area based approach to Children’s services and identifying models of work and projects that are sustainable.

This is a key liaison role, working with existing voluntary sector providers, schools, cluster co-ordinators and other interested stakeholders in the extended schools agenda.
