Service Manager (£39,015 – £56,007, plus special allowance of £4,633, per Annum)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the management team for Children’s Social Care in Medway. You will lead for our referral and assessment, children in need and children with disabilities services ensuring a relentless drive to improve outcomes, working with partner agencies and children and young people with a dedicated staff team. You must have a vision that inspires others, be creative and resourceful and committed to an evidence informed practice. You will have a clear understanding of how to set strategic goals which provide operational results in a challenging economic climate within a changing context, and proven demonstrable experience of service improvement in this area.
