We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to carry out the day-to-day parking enforcement within the car parks and on the streets of Rugby and the surrounding areas.

The ability to deal with the public in a polite and confident manner is essential. Whilst knowledge of traffic law would be desirable is not essential, as full training will be given. The successful applicant will be required to pass a City and Guilds examination in parking. A full current driving licence is required.

Working hours will be 37 hours a week between 7.45am and 8.30pm in the summer months and 7.45 am and 7.00pm in the winter months. These hours are worked on a rota basis and will include Saturdays. Some Sundays and Bank Holidays working will be required. A high level of fitness is required and applicants will be subject to a Council Medical clearance.
