Civil Enforcement Officer involved in Parking Enforcement

Salary:£17,071 - £21,947 rising to £23,380 with exceptional performance (pay award pending) Plus a final salary contributory pension scheme 

Hours:37 hours 

Working pattern:Full Time, Permanent position 

Location:TN13

You must be motivated, cope well under pressure and have the necessary communication skills to deal effectively with difficult situations. From carrying out minor maintenance on ticket machines or answering enquiries from the public to issuing penalty charge notices in car parks and on street , this job is varied with no two days the same. In turn your commitment to customer care will provide you with the ideal foundations to provide a first class service network to residents and visitors of the district alike.

Previous experience in Local Authority Decriminalised Parking enforcement would be a distinct advantage.

The ability to drive and flexibility to work some weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays is essential.
