Oxford City Homes is seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual, able to use their experience working independently as well as part of a dynamic team.

The position will use a wide spectrum of skills including: problem solving, fault diagnosis and identification of required rectification, foreword and lateral thinking, diplomacy, focusing on providing an efficient service for all users and personnel of Oxford City Homes.

The work will encompass, working on contracts from piling to roofing and all elements in-between. It will also involve specifying and managing minor works.

Closing Date: Friday 17th October 2008 at 4.30pm.
