What we’re looking for

This key role helps to ensure the effective delivery of our investment programme.

Working within one of our major works teams you will ensure that our building contractors deliver a consistently high standard of work, within programme and to the satisfaction of our residents.

You will keep detailed written records of site conditions, resources deployed and works completed. You will ensure that our consultant surveyors and in-house project coordinators are fully aware of progress on site so that remedial action can be taken as required.

From time to time you may be expected to travel outside of the borough to attend meetings.

£32,532 – 35,055 p.a.
