The data management team will be key to driving the effective use of data to underpin decision-making processes in children’s services. We require an experienced and committed manager to lead the provision of accurate, timely and accessible data to support both strategic and operational needs.
You will have a degree (or equivalent experience) and experience in a managerial role. You will also have experience of leading in an analysis or performance environment. You’ll have an understanding of the ECM agenda and local needs and priorities of children and young people, as well as ICT support systems, their impact on users and their potential for planning, analysis and communication. Most of all, you’ll have the ability to consult, communicate and negotiate with a range of interested parties on issues that are sometimes complex and contentious. You’ll have experience of delivering creative solutions in your career to date and be able to support a developing team.
