Health and Adult Social CareStrategy and Resources Commissioning Manager – Older People's ServicesPermanent full time contract £45,003 - £47,670 pa plus travel allowance £789 Enfield has just completed a reorganisation within Strategy and Resources and we are looking forward to strengthening both our commissioning arrangements and our partnership with the PCT. We have just completed our overall Commissioning Intentions and are
looking for people who can turn those intentions into a reality for the citizens of Enfield. You will need to be self motivated with strong communication, problem solving and change management skills. You will need to have an in depth knowledge of and committment to the modernisation and well being agendas for adult social care, especially as they apply to older people's services. You will be able to develop sound working relationships with people across
the Council, operational colleagues, other organisations and with Service Users and Carers. Working alongside specialist procurement officers, you will also need the ability to grasp a technical brief, including budgets, the regulatory and legal framework of the relevant projects, contracts and service specifications. These roles and their governance will develop and change over time, as we move towards stronger commissioning arrangements across the
sector.
