London based, 35 hours per week
Salary
£35,255 to £39,071 per annum

Would you like to be part of an innovative Big Lottery-funded programme in Lambeth?

Our client’s Early Action Partnership is one of five sites across England, as part of ‘A Better Start’ programme initiative to transform early year’s services.

Facilitated by our client the Early Action Partnership brings together communities, parents and carers, local statutory and voluntary sector organisations, across four wards in Lambeth. The partnership works to build strong and supportive communities, so that every child, from conception to reception, has A Better Start in life.

The Community Engagement Manager will build relationships within the Lambeth community, implement and strengthen LEAP’s community engagement strategy, ensure the co-production of local decision making and manage local voluntary sector outreach workers, on the ground, across four wards in Lambeth.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate substantial experience of working with local communities, considerable expertise in policy and practice relating to babies pre-birth to 4yrs along with knowledge of best practice in coproduction work. You will have a proven record of building partnerships, be able to demonstrate how you have influenced and facilitated change and evidence strong project management and leadership skills.
