Post funded through to 31 March 2011. Secondments from current BCC posts considered, with agreement of current employer. 25 hours a week all year with annual leave. This is a new role for the children’s centre. The role requires outreach work, enabling communities to access children’s centre services.

The role includes; conducting consultations, creating opportunities for parents to have a voice and make decisions about service delivery and having a presence within the community to advertise and market services particularly with groups that are most excluded or hard to reach.
