Working in a vibrant and highly performing new Policy and Customer Services Division in the Chief Executive’s Group, this post is key to shaping change.

Developing and leading the strategy for the Council’s resident engagement plans and instigating new and innovative approaches to service delivery, you will be a dynamic individual with a strong track record of managing projects.

You will have experience of engaging residents in innovative ways to shape service delivery and of working closely with the voluntary sector and partners to deliver shared outcomes.
