At A2Dominion our communities are diverse and our aim is to deliver inspirational programmes to engage and empower a wide range of residents and young people. As a new member of our Community Involvement team, you could help us in achieving our goals.
As the post-holder, you’ll provide a high quality customer service, to residents as well as administrative support to your team. As part of your customer service responsibilities, you’ll deal with specific queries from tenants and residents giving advice and guidance, while always responding positively and promptly to theirs and members of the publics’ enquiries. In addition to this, you’ll provide assistance to the team, as they support the aims of A2Dominion’s activities in resident involvement and community development.
To succeed, you should have experience of dealing with the public or delivering a customer orientated service. You’ll also have strong office based work experience combined with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Understanding of current social housing issues or knowledge of resident involvement initiatives would be advantageous.
The ability to drive and access to a car, plus a full driving licence are required for this post.
