Working autonomously in the community, you will provide support to help people with mental health problems to gain access to mainstream and structured activities – for example, paid or voluntary work, higher education and training. You will make links with local businesses, colleges and other institutions to identify potential opportunities.

Successful candidates will require an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure. In return you will receive excellent benefits, including pension scheme and opportunities for training and development.
