Reading Community Mental Health Services is offering the opportunity to work in our Review and Re-ablement Team to help our service users re-learn skills, regain their confidence and achieve independence.

We need people with excellent communication skills, empathy and patience who will be able to engage with service users recovering from mental illness. The aim is to help them move on from hospital, residential care or supported housing, into more independent accommodation.

You will have a good level of education, preferably some knowledge or experience of mental illness, and a willingness to under go training to develop your skills. There are 2 permanent positions which would be suitable for people wanting to pursue a career in the caring profession.
