About the Position…

To work in the Property Services team (client Side) to run the day to day operations of the planned maintenance department, dealing with all planned, cyclical and major repairs to our housing stock. The function will require the line management of a team of surveyors to undertake a variety of roles such as stock condition works and fault diagnosive and rectification works/reports. To also work as part of the management team in delivering a vast programme of works to budget and time constricts.

About You…

We are looking for a candidate with strong project management experience within building, property or housing. You will have lead a team, inspired, improved effectiveness and will have experience of forging relationships with contractors and suppliers. You will have strong commercial acumen and an excellent track record of financial management.
