Contracts Manager (M&E)

This is an opportunity to strengthen your strong project management track record by providing a professional mechanical and electrical surveying service. The role is largely autonomous – you will need to enjoy working on your own initiative while dealing with all contractual and technical matters relating to the development and management of M&E contracts. You work will typically involve gas and electrical central heating installations, electrical upgrades, plumbing and lifts.

• You will have an HNC or an equivalent level qualification in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• You’ll have knowledge of housing legislation related to compliance, contracts and health and safety with an understanding of M&E services in domestic properties.
• You’ll ensure attention to detail in everything you do and be able to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
• With well developed interpersonal skills you’ll be able to communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our residents.
• You will have a full driving licence.
