Contracts Supervisor

Band E – salary £22,958 – £26,276 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated person to be part of our Planned Investment Team to assist in the delivery of improvements to our housing stock.

The successful applicant will be undertaking a ‘clerk of the works’ type role and other duties including supervising the work of the contractors who will be delivering our Decent Homes Improvement Programme.

You must have excellent customer service skills, effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to act as an ambassador for the authority when visiting tenants’ homes and meeting with contractors.
