Contracts Team Leader

Band G – salary £30,851 – £34,549 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated person to support our Planned Investment Manager in the delivery of significant improvements to our housing stock.

Within this role you will be helping to develop the strategies and work plans for the planned improvements to our tenants’ homes. To be successful you must have experience of the preparing, tendering and letting of contracts.

As part of the in-house management team you will be responsible for managing contracts and contractors in the delivery of our decent homes investment programme.

You must have excellent customer service skills, effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to act as an ambassador for the authority when visiting tenants’ homes and meeting with contractors.
