You will be responsible for the operational management of the Council’s Contact Centre, identifying, implementing and promoting service developments to improve our customers’ experience of dealing with the Council.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working at a senior level in a complex, high volume, customer service environment with a proven track record of managing and improving service delivery, with a strong emphasis on performance management. You’ll demonstrate highly developed communication and motivational skills. You will have the ability to analyse problems and produce a range of options culminating in a preferred solution.
