As Customer Advocacy Complaints Officer you will be for responsible co-coordinating all complaints received into the business and for delivering a “best in class” group wide customer complaints service, ensuring a proactive and timely response is delivered. You will also be required to investigate complaints at each stage within the East Thames complaint process and to negotiate successful resolutions with customers.

You will also record data and compile reports, ensuring that East Thames has the tools and information required for effective complaints analysis. Complaints analysis will drive improvement activity around the business and lead to improved services for residents, as well as a culture of learning from customer feedback.

The successful candidate will have significant customer facing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and an ability to champion the customer and drive change.
