You will be the first point of contact for all customers contacting the Customer Care Line (CCL) regarding repairs and property maintenance, providing appropriate advice and information (either by telephone, email, web chat or in writing) and dealing with the enquiries to maximise 'Right First Time' resolution. Where appropriate booking appointments for appropriate trades to attend and resolve repairs.
We have 6 positions available and the hours/shifts are;
2 x 12:30-20:00 – fixed-term for six months (usual salary plus rotating allowance)
1 x 21.25 hours – part-time, 11:00-20:00 Mon and Fri and every Saturday, 08:45-13:00
2 x 22.5 hours – part-time, Mon, Tue and Thur, 08:00-16:00
1 x 26.25 hours – part-time, Mon – Thur, 09:00-14:30 and Sat, 08:45-13:00
We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays per annum pro rata, a pension scheme and a good training package.
