Customer Contact Advisors (Part Time – 21 hours per week)

Location: Stratford, London E15

Fixed term contract until March 2013

Starting Salary £22, 774 pro rata

Part time x 5

East Thames Group Customer Contact Centre currently operates 12 hours each day from 8.30am to 8.30pm on weekdays.

You will work in a busy centre which receives up to 1000 calls per day. In order for us to deal with these calls, it is vital that we are able to work flexibly and this will be reflected in your shift patterns which will alter depending on customer demand.

You will deal with incoming telephone calls, emails and may provide cover for “face-to-face” enquiries at reception points.

Customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage as we are passionate about offering our customers the best possible experience.
