A key part of our service is Cskills Awards; our knowledgeable Team uses their expertise and experience to provide qualifications, assessment and training support services.

About the role

As Customer Excellence Manager you will be responsible for delivering change through our Customer Excellence Programme and annual Business Improvement Programme. You will support cultural change across Cskills Awards, by embedding engagement across the department. You will coach and develop your team of three Project Co-ordinators, liaising with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and managing customer research activity. Your aim? To provide a world-class Cskills Awards service.

About you

Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), you are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service. You have a recognised Customer Service qualification, the ability to learn new skills quickly and a confident personality. What’s more you have experience of leading teams to achieve results. Your expertise is based on ILM Level 3 in First Line Management (or equivalent supervisory experience) and you hold (or are working towards) a recognised coaching qualification. Above all, you have the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships to deliver results, understand customers’ needs and then provide balanced solutions that meet and beat their expectations.
