Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewer

Roddons are seeking a Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewer to work on a part-time basis to cover a maternity period.

You will conduct our telephone customer satisfaction surveys completing accurate notes within our on-line systems and maintain records within our agreed policies and procedures.

Applicants will need good communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Willingness to operate as part of a team to meet work demands and to provide quality services is essential.

Working hours are 16 per week Monday to Thursday 5:30pm – 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm.
