Customer Service Advisor

Part time – 14 hours per week (Monday & Thursday)

Circle 33 Housing Trust operates a successful contact centre which receives around 80,000 calls per year in relation to queries around repairs.

The successful candidate will work in the repairs call centre providing a responsive service to customers, raising works orders and responding to queries, as well as dealing with daily contract administration.

You will need previous experience in an inbound call centre, providing customer focussed solutions to enquiries. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet the needs of the caller effectively and efficiently are essential. You must also be a strong team player and have the ability to use your own initiative as well as prioritising your workload and providing problem solving solutions. Previous experience within a Housing or Repairs & Maintenance environment is desirable.
