£11,117.60 per annum for 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6pm, based out of the Woking Adult Learning Centre, Hoebrook Close, Bonsey Lane, Westfield, Woking, Surrey GU22 9PE.
Please note this is a fixed term contract, which lasts for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Surrey Adult Learning delivers a wide range of courses and learning opportunities for adults. This role will be part of a team acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and enrolments for adults interested in attending adult learning classes. You will provide initial information and advice, and a high level of customer care. You will input real time enrolments, process payments and refunds, along with attendance and achievement data on the Service's Management Information System (MIS).
You will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 qualification.
