About the Position…

Do you have excellent customer service experience with a ‘can do’ attitude? We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals who are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Experience of using call recording technology, and working in a busy front line customer service environment preferred.

Using Call Centre technology and call recording, Hyde South East Customer Service Team take great pride on delivering excellent customer service. Providing a ‘one-stop shop’ handling service to customers across a wide range of housing service functions and undertake associated administrative duties as directed.

As Customer Service Officer, you will take general enquiries as well as enquiries regarding repairs call handling which will involve raising repairs and inspections, variations, invoice processing and queries and contractor and resident queries.

Customer service experience is essential, ideally within a call centre type environment used to dealing with a high volume of queries. Experience of working within the social housing sector is highly desirable.
