Customer Service Officer
Roupell Park RMO is a Resident Management Organisation at the top of Brixton Hill. Our Board are committed to delivering the best possible services to the residents of our estate and we have therefore recently created a new team dedicated to dealing with the first point of contact for residents and dealing with the queries first time.
We are therefore looking to recruit someone who is committed to delivering excellent customer service. You may have previous experience of working in a social housing environment but most importantly we are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent customer service to a large variety of customers in a diverse community. You will also be a quick learner, an excellent administrator able to deal with a wide variety of tasks under pressure and have a real commitment to delivery.
