Full-time and Part-time posts available (Full-time – 35.25 hours per week; Part-time – £18.125 hours available)
Salary – Band C – £16,830 – £19,126 on a 12 months contract with the possibility of an extension

At the forefront of delivering our services you will be the face of the council.

Working both face to face and over the telephone you will be part of a friendly,

constantly busy team responding to a wide range of enquires. By joining us as a

Customer Service Officer, you will be joining a council that is dedicated to continuously

improving our services.

You will need to have previous experience of a customer facing role where you have put your

excellent listening and communication skills to use in delivering a quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to talk to people at all levels, a strong

customer focus, and be highly motivated to solve even the most complex of

customer enquiries. You will be someone who strives to go that extra mile as well as

having an ability to look for ways to improve what we do.

We have both full time and part-time posts of 18.125 hours available
