Chief Executive Customer Services Team Manager (Out of hours) £29,859 - £32,2899 (pro rata) 1 x 15 hours per week, (Sat-Sun 9am-5pm) Permanent We are looking to recruit an Out of Hours Customer Services Team Manager to work in our busy Customer Services Centre dealing with emergency calls including Community Alarm Calls. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager you will be managing a team of Out of Hours Customer Services
Advisors. You will be responsible for the development of your team and should have previous experience in working within a performance management framework including setting challenging team and individual SMART targets linked to key and local performance indicators. Previous experience of leading a team working in a customer service role is essential as is the ability to resolve advanced or escalated problems quickly and effectively whilst understanding
the impact of those decisions on the organisation. The ability to use a range of IT is essential and flexibility will be required in covering the service, which is operational 6pm - 8am Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 24 Hours. Bank Holiday working will also be a requirement of the successful applicant.
