We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, customer focussed and a great team player to join our Customer Services Team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a responsive first point of contact customer service for all Circle 33 residents, other service users, partner organisations and potential applicants. Duties will include providing administrative assistance as required for housing management teams and responding to and dealing with all routine tenancy management issues in a designated ‘patch’
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role in an office environment. Excellent telephone manner and good administrative and IT skills are essential. Your most important attributes will be your commitment to Customer Care and the ability to deliver a high quality service.
