Salary:Starting at £19,570 p.a increasing to £21,301 p.a following 12 months satisfactory performance

This post provides administrative support to the void property re-let service.

This includes:

  • raising work orders & recording stage history using the Councils asset management system
  • arranging contractors to deliver work
  • reporting on contractor performance
  • general administrative duties

Relevant experience of working in a customer services role in a Local Authority or Building Maintenance environment would be beneficial. The successful applicant will also have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel packages. A basic understanding of building maintenance and repairs is essential, as is an understanding of key housing legislation.
