DAAT Assessment and Care Review Team Manager
Enfield Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) is one of eight National Payment by Results (PbR) for Drug and Alcohol Recovery Pilot sites that went live at the beginning of April this year. This opportunity has created an exciting era for the DAAT which now requires the introduction of a new Assessment and Care Review Team (ACRT) to support patients. The DAAT is seeking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to deliver the ACRT function which will be responsible for: * Promoting patient choice and control * Providing patients with high quality assessments and independent support to design their care plans to best effect. * Ensuring tariffs are assigned in a fair, transparent and methodological manner * Supporting patients to access seamless integrated systems of care to afford them the best opportunities needed for recovery and reintegration * Providing an independent quality assurance system to review patient care and ensure needs are being met in accordance with care plans * Monitoring performance and acting as an advocacy body for patients * Helping as many drug and alcohol users as possible to achieve improved health and well-being, a life free of dependency, reduced crime, and support into employment, training or education as quickly and safely as possible.
The DAAT now requires a Team Manager to assist it with making the PbR Pilot a success who will be responsible for managing the 5 Senior Practitioners and ACRT Administrator.
