Holly Spring Junior School is a three form entry school in Bracknell Forest. Due to the expansion of our school, the staff and governors of Holly Spring Junior School are seeking to appoint an additional Deputy Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for the wellbeing, welfare and engagement in our school. This role will provide relevant skills and experience for a candidate looking at headship in the future.

For this position we would welcome applications from ambitious, innovative and inspirational individuals who have a proven track record of leading on school improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a current senior leader looking to progress to the next level.

This role will involve becoming the designated lead for safeguarding, relevant training will be offered.

The successful candidate will take on overall responsibility for leading and developing the PPG strategy within the school, this will include managing the budget, analysing the impact of initiative through regular monitoring and data analysis.

The successful candidate will need to be a team player and be able to work effectively alongside the present Deputy and Headteacher.
