Please note that you will be employed directly by Warfield Parish Council which is completely independent of Bracknell Forest Council.
A Deputy Parish Clerk is required to work alongside the Parish Clerk and Council Members of Warfield Parish Council.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and attend ad hoc evening & other parish meetings, an average of 15 hours per week.
The successful candidate should have experience in financial accounting, taking meeting minutes, preparing documents and dealing with the public and have good administration, IT and communication skills. An interest in community engagement, local government and planning matters will be an advantage, but not essential.
Salary payment will based on the Local Council SCP 26-27 £11.55 – £11.93 per hour/£9008 – £9307 per annum.
