We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Knowledge Coordinator to join our well established but highly ambitious organisation. As Digital Knowledge Coordinator you will support a range of customer service projects primarily aimed at raising digital engagement across Catalyst. You will lead on the Customer Service Knowledgebase, engaging with cross organisational knowledge owners to proactively keep the knowledge base up to date through data analysis so that Catalyst customers and colleagues who need this knowledge can find it easily and be assured that it is valid, up to date and presented in a usable format. You will be required to deliver wide engagement events such as workshops and one-on-one guidance to create buy-in and drive the value of knowledge sharing. Working alongside budget holders to prioritise a programme of platform enhancements in response to strategic business goals and customer need will be expected for this role. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop relationships at all levels. You will have familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs with confidence and authority and will be an analytical thinker with decisive judgement. You will have the ability to anticipate product development and life cycle in direct response to customer need and business ambition as well as be a pro-active individual with a strong background in engagement and stakeholder retention and relationship management. You will also be able to understand the importance of quality assurance processes.
