Richmond Council and Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are working together on behalf of our local population to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities. Building on our long history of partnership working and innovation, we have established a Joint Commissioning Collaborative (JCC) – a joint ambition for Richmond’s health and social care system to deliver high quality care through integrated, outcomes based and cost effective commissioning.
This is a complex and challenging role. The post holder will lead the JCC, work closely with leaders in both organisations and provide a clear sense of direction, optimism and purpose. Working with a diverse stakeholder group, you will balance the contributions of all relevant parties in order to develop robust corporate strategies and engage everyone on a journey of transformational change.
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of health and social care commissioning and experience of working at a senior level within the NHS and/or a local authority. You will have the ability to influence complex relationships and a demonstrable track record of enabling change and solutions development through strategic leadership, inspiring team management and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
