The Local Authority provides support to families and schools in respect of school attendance through the Education Welfare Service. Currently we have a number of schools requiring targeted support, we therefore require an officer to join this team for the above period to help provide the intense support that will be required.
You should have experience of undertaking casework and be familiar with the school system in Havering. A secondment will be considered.
