Forestcare provides a range of vital services to its customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. This includes monitoring alarms at sheltered housing schemes and Lifelines in the community, lone worker monitoring and dealing with emergency calls from the public out of hours.

As part of our alarm monitoring service we respond in person to emergencies at housing schemes. This might be to help a resident or to provide access to the emergency services. We also demonstrate and install Lifeline equipment and Telecare sensors in client’s homes.

With excellent communication skills, you’ll have common sense, the ability to remain calm in all situations and be able to offer reassurance to our clients. You should be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.

The team works a shift pattern which includes nights and rotates between being mobile out in the community and office based.

For an informal discussion please call Claire Bennett, Forestcare Manager on 01344 786 510.
