Empty Homes Strategy & Performance Manager

8 months Fixed term contract

We require a confident and proactive manager to lead our Empty Homes team. You will be at the hub of a busy operation, working with a highly committed team and helping to shape the way we work. You will manage a team that comprises of a range of roles, including surveyor and Empty Homes officers, as well as managing our contractors carrying out works to our void properties.This a performance driven team with stretching targets for completing works that meet our Lettings standard within target timescales.
