Gateway has secured further funding of £87 million from Government over the next 3 years and Hull City Council is currently developing an Area Action Plan for the long term future of the area. As part of Hull City Council’s Private Housing Team we need an Environmental Health Officer who will work in partnership with Gateway and other organisations to help deliver a programme of acquisition, demolition and refurbishment of private housing and the provision of new housing in the Newington & St Andrews area of West Hull. You will have a BSc/MSc in Environmental Health and be fully registered with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board (or working towards this)
