Environmental Health Officer / Environmental Protection Officer (Pollution)

Elmbridge Borough Council is an “Excellent “ and “Exemplary” authority with a forward thinking approach. You will be based in Esher, but only 25 minutes by train from the heart of London.

The team’s work covers noise nuisance, atmospheric pollution and air quality, integrated pollution control, contaminated land, drainage and animal welfare licensing. We work closely with specialist officers in gambling and alcohol/entertainment licensing. No standby duties are required as we employ a consultant for ‘out of hours’ responses.
