Environmental Health Officer - Food Safety

As part of a small customer-focused local authority, you will take on the role of Lead Officer for food safety and be part of a busy generalist Environmental Health team. There will be ample opportunities and you will become involved in the other areas of Environmental Health work. Ideally you will be an experienced Environmental Health Practitioner able to take on planned, project and reactive work, with the ultimate goal of the protection of public health and public safety.

You will have a sound understanding of Environmental Health policy along with good working knowledge of Environmental Law and procedures.
