The role

We have a vacancy for an Estate Officer Supervisor on secondment for up to one year, to cover maternity leave.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong managerial qualities and show a willingness to work alongside the other Estate Officer Supervisors to supervise a team of circa 20 staff who are responsible for providing caretaking and cleaning services to our high/low rise and sheltered blocks of flats and other communal areas.

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced line manager with great interpersonal skills who will assist in leading the already innovative Estate Officer team from good to great.
