This position is fixed term for 39 weeks to cover Maternity Leave

An opportunity has arisen to work within a small team at Lancaster Town Hall, providing clerical and administrative support to the Property Services section of Resources.

The main duties will be to provide a function co-ordinator role in respect of the letting of public rooms and the provision of clerical and administrative support. This will include assisting with the maintenance of files and records, inputting information and orders onto computer systems and dealing with personal and telephone enquiries.

In addition to being committed to delivering a quality service, you will be enthusiastic and conscientious in your approach to work and be able to cope under pressure and work to deadlines.

The successful candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills, be numerate and literate.

This post is full time, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
